“What makes you happy?” My therapist’s question was met with silence. After feeling dumbfounded, I told her I didn’t even know what happiness meant. I had no clue that her question would be pivotal in discovering my life’s purpose. My curiosity and fascination to understand the relationship between the mind and body fueled my desire to be someone who could meaningfully support others through their life struggles. Twenty-plus years later, the culmination of my experience with healing, working in emergency services, and curating knowledge has allowed me to join this profession.
Offering unparalleled support and inspiration, my two adult children and their respective spouses continue to champion my desire to live with intention.
